Recently appointed Russian prime minister approved the secretly developed program of replacement of ineffective and expensive C300 air defense complex by its inflatable plaster cast. Experts says that in modern world no weapon can guarantee a state absolute security and independence, so why not to try something extraordinary and unusual especially because it is cheaper and easier than all that complicated hi-tech stuff.
